We do not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products. Custom-formulated items are non-refundable once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and assist appropriately.

Our goal is always to ensure your satisfaction, and we are happy to work toward a fair resolution when applicable.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Custom or reformulated orders may require additional time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. AuthenticAliMe Organics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered.
