Custom Orders & Formulations

1. Custom Formulation Agreement

AuthenticAliMe Organics offers handcrafted, small-batch products with optional ingredient customization. By placing a custom order, you agree that all ingredient selections, inclusions, and exclusions must be finalized prior to order confirmation and/or invoicing.

Once an order has been confirmed, the formulation is considered finalized.

2. Post-Confirmation Changes

Requests to modify ingredients, substitutions, or reformulate products after confirmation will be treated as a new custom revision. Such revisions may require:

Additional material costs
Reformulation fees
Extended processing time

No formulation changes will be made until any applicable additional fees are approved.

3. Ingredient Transparency

Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing all listed ingredients prior to purchase. If clarification is needed, please contact us before confirming your order.

4. Processing Time for Custom Orders

Custom and reformulated products require additional preparation time due to sourcing, formulation adjustments, and proper preservation balancing. Updated processing timelines will be communicated if revisions occur.

5. Nature of Handmade Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in texture, consistency, or appearance may occur due to the natural ingredients used. These variations do not affect product performance.
